Elmhurst Gardens: Friends of Elmhurst Gardens, South Woodford, London, E18

A park located in East London (South Woodford) which consists of newly refurbished tennis courts, a football pitch (seasonal), two children's playgrounds, a small quiet seating area which the flowerbeds have been updated in recent years, a bowls club, a conservation area of native wildflowers and is a delight to view in Spring with crocus and narcissus (planted by both Oakdale and Churchfields Junior Schools) organised by the Friends of Elmhurst Gardens (www.friendsofelmhurstgardens.webeden.co.uk/). Seasonal events are arranged by this group.
